1. I was sold a new ******* ****** ** on May 21, 2021. With buying the car was an agreement for Hyundai complimentary maintenance with the terms of oil change, filter, and tire rotation every 8000 miles for three years or 36,000 miles, whichever came first. 2. During the financing meeting with Josh, the finance manager, he sold me coverage for maintenance. He said this would enhance the oil and filter change that came with the car. This was not true. Cost $855.00. 3. I tried to get a refund by calling Hyundai financing the next day. But they would not simply subtract the cost from the overall price that I paid. I would continue to pay interest and my payments would stay the same. 4. I talked to **** on the phone and I was persuaded to buy an upgrade to scheduled maintenances wrap. I was told and shown advertising that this would cover all maintenance that was in the owner’s manual. We met and did the upgrade on August 20, 2021. Additional cost $118.00 also a reductions in mileage and time of covered from the Basic wrap sold. 5. May 2, 2024. The service department at ******** ******* refused to honor the agreement. Specifically, I was told by the service manager when brake fluid was recommended to be changed, "all you're going to get no matter what the paperwork says is an oil change and tires rotated. Copies of everything and damned letter that was sent to the General Manager Mr. ********. With timeline available upon request. I payed $1038.00 For nothing? Thank you, ****** *****
