      As a first time home buyer I was nervous about the home buying process. Contour Mortgage made the process simple and easy to understand. I'm so happy and grateful to now be a homeowner thanks to the team at Contour!

      I closed recently with Contour and frankly- they were the only dependable factor in my transaction. Between agents and attorneys and a million things going awry- i was thanking my lucky stars my lender was a step ahead. Thanks to Contour i'm a first time homeowner. I highly recommend making them a first step in a hone transaction.

      Failure to close on time. Even though I provided all documents they asked for same day or first thing next morning, *********** repeatedly asked for the same documents or impossible scenarios such as for me to call my bank to get them to realign all the start dates on my different statements for my bank accounts(they didn't like that the bank had some dates starting in the beginning of the month and some in the middle of the month). The bank doesn't do that but contour maybe run through those hoops anyways. On top of all this the loan rep made promises and brochures and statements and email things that they were refusing to put on the disclosure documents up until a few days before closing. He kept saying don't worry about it it'll show up at closing".... We had to engage higher levels of management to get them to honor their promises made in writing and finally to get these promises on my closing documents.

      Credit pulled by another mortgage company, Contour started cold calling and will not stop. I've told them several times to stop calling me, I'm not interested. The calls keep coming. I block 1 number and get called from another. This has gone on for hours now. Every few minutes I get another call from different numbers. Aggressive and over talking to try to let me know about their programs and make a sale. Even told me once, that I never asked to stop calling and quickly went back into the sales pitch. And yet, the call still coming, just got another one typing this review. 0 Stars if I could.

      Horrible company to do business with. I was put in touch with ******************* to start getting ourselves ready to buy a home within the next year. We (my husband and I ), told him exactly what I thought was on the credit report. He told us he had to pull the credit to see what was on it, then he would take it from there and guide us on how to fix any issue. It is coming up on 1 month now and my numerous phone calls and text messages have been totally ignored. Why would you pull my credit and then turn your back on us. Totally unprofessional and untrustworthy. You know the penalty for doing a hard pull but it appears both you and your company do not care. Please be careful doing business with this company.

      Contour cold called me based on monitoring my credit report. I question the legality of such practice. I would not recommend doing business with a company generating leads in this way.

      ********** is the best! ********** has assisted us with our home refinance on 2 properties and we were able to do this with minimal issues. I believe that it is mostly due to ************ full dedication to providing the best service possible. Contour Mortgage is blessed to have him, and I continue to endorse him to all my friends and associates.He deserves a raise!

      Absolutely GREAT SERVICE!!! ************************* is the best. I went to other mortgage companies and they all made it seems like I needed another year of savings before I can purchase a property. After being recommended to *************************, I was able to find a property and start the process within a week. He was readily available any time of the day, any day of the week, even on holidays to answer any questions of concern. In the end, my mortgage was approved just as he promised. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
