There is more ********************* than ****************************** ****************** is only in on Friday. Her business is in the hands of **************** who "cancelled" our pet from the practice because I complained. They removed my bad review on their ******** page giving the appearance there are more good reviews than bad.Poor Mgmt resulted in high **************************** between vet, **************** This interfered w/the care of our Pets. On the date of our visit the Dr. quoted a mutually agreed fee. At the next visit the **** had an additional charge for the previous visit. ********** excuse was that the vet and staff cannot provide quotes. All fee's at the time of the visits are considered an "estimate" even after you have paid the ****. This policy leaves the door opened for them to over **** their clients. I was instructed to pre-order herbs on the first of the month to prevent the office from running out. When I called & the herbs were out of stock; ********** excuse was "we have other clients". Why ask me to pre order?Clients cant come in the building. We had to wait in the car sometimes for an hour in the hot summer and cold winter. (My new vet permits clients to come inside)I was told to make an appointment with a vet we were familiar with. On the day of the visit the Vet I requested wasn't in. I didnt feel comfortable sending her inside, alone with a strange vet.If **************** don't like you they will lie about you. In attempt to demonize me, ***** said I was cancelled because I called a client an "*******". Four years ago, their client" used his Pitbull to taunt us in the parking lot. I suffer from PTSD. One of our 3 dogs was killed by a Pitbull. ***** insensitively referred to the violent attack on our dogs as a dog bite.**************** said THEY make the final decisions not the Vet. The Vets are aware I am not the only client to complain. Unfortunately, nothing is being done about it. Clearly the owners do not care about your pets.
