I had purchased a2019 ****** wrx from showroom auto in August of 2022. I also bought a warranty that they sold me which covered the whole car. A year later my motor started to knock and neither the warranty I bought from the dealer or the ****** warranty which the car was still under would cover for motor repairs. They would not cover it because they said the codes of the motor were messed with, I guess meaning a tune . I had no prior knowledge of this before buying the vehicle. I was told by the dealer when I purchased the car that it could not be certified if it had a tune. I went back to showroom with my problem and I was basically told its not their problem and I wont use the exact words they used with me because I was cursed at. So I was sold a car that had a voided warranty, bought a warranty from the dealer that was voided from the start , cursed at , and was forced to buy a new car which I am paying a fortune for because the ****** was obviously worth nothing on the trade in because the motor was bad. So I have a bunch of negative equity in my new car payment that I can not afford. I was lied to and I should not be paying for a new car plus all the negative equity from the ******, I should have been covered for a new motor, I should have gotten money back for the warranty I bought if it was never valid and all the towing back and forth from dealers to try and see if they would accept my warranty and fix my car.

********, *** loves everyone but *** does not like liars! You BLEW your engine street racing! Even ****** (manufacturer) said they would not fix the car because it was clear that the engine got damaged due to excessive speeding. We sold you a great car with ****** miles (super clean), I even taught you how to drive manual and you said yourself for 1 year, you had no issues. If we sold you a bad car, you would of had problems in 1 week not 1 year! I hope you've learned a valuable ******* these WRX are fast but they are not indestructible, you can't drive them like a man and rev the *** to **** and expect not to have issues. I'm praying that you take it easy on the new vehicle you say you have? Anyway, I hope *** watches over you and takes care of you when you are in the car. *** bless you!
