    I have contacted X-press tags many times for an order not received. It was an order for 72 tags which was order XTG-***** for $244.89. These tags were never received and when I called they always told me to wait a little longer. I thought X-press meant fast service but my other tags on different orders listed below took 4 to 6 weeks to get to me and the products are unsatisfactory and not made with Anodized material as they state as well.I have contacted this company many times since January. I ordered other tags which came, but a month or so later. Those tags scratched and damage easily. They advertise Anodized tags, which never scratch so I believe they are falsely advertising their products as well. I ordered 4 other times within the same time frame Order ********** on Jan 17 for $30.84 Order ********** on Jan 18 for $13.32 Order ********* on Jan 25 for $13.32 Order *** ****** on Jan 23 for $13.32 When I called to tell them I wanted them added together for free shipping or at least just pay for one shipping, your customer service said it was too late. They were ordered within a day of each other. For that, I am asking for an additional $24 since I didn't receive them for over a month. X-press tags owe me $268.85 for products not ever received as well as overcharging for shipping on the listed 4 orders not received for a month. This is not Xpress by any means. I would like a refund for the tags that I have not received for $244.89 and $24.00 back for shipping for orders that were placed back to back falling into the free shipping category.Thank you ***************** and ***************** ************************************************************

    Placed an order April 12, 2024 it has been in 'production' all this time. Simple cheap sign. Not going to arrive in the time frame I paid for in shipping. Very bad customer service. Rude and unprofessional. I inquired why taking so long, never got an answer, kid laughed at me even. Now trying to get a refund but no one will respond.

I have removed the shipping charge off this order and have changed it to next day air. This order we are hoping to have it ship today and will arrive to you tomorrow. We have not charged your card at this time. Once again we apologize for any inconvenience. I will look into ******* that you spoke to and address them accordingly.
