    On 5/20/2023, I ordered a light fixture from *************** It was an open box item supposed to ship immediately. I received a phone call that this was no longer available and that when the new items were restocked, they would ship out a new one at the open box price. My credit card was charged $1233.00 on 5/20/23 for this light fixture. However, the item remained out of stock for months. I received an update that the new shipping time was 12/25/23, now 7 months after the day I was charged. On 11/27/2023, I asked for the order to be canceled due to this severe delay and for my card to be refunded. On 11/28/23, I received a reply that the cancellation process had begun. Then, on 11/30, I got a shipping notification for my light fixture that I had just requested to be canceled 3 days ago. I waited for the light fixture to arrive and it did on 12/8/2023. I signed for the box upon delivery and it was sealed. Once I unboxed it after the delivery driver left, I found that the box only had the globe lights inside without the main large fixture that would hold the globes. This rendered the light fixture unusable. I took photo and video evidence and alerted WeGotLites on 12/10/2023. I waited weeks for resolution, only to be told on 1/8/2023 that the manufacturer said they did include the fixture and that I was wrong. They are refusing to refund the light fixture or accept the return. Now, I have paid $1233 and all I have are a couple of useless globes. I'm not sure why they refuse to believe me after all I have been put through for the last 8 months on this purchase. I took ample photo and video evidence that I carefully documented and shared. I regret ever buying from WeGotLites and wish I had trusted my instinct not to buy from an unknown website.

    I would like to file a complaint as on the main page of website says 125% price matching - but they refused though I have a picture of my checkout for $108 from access lighting which then according to advertising should be $81 at We Got Lites - insinuated I was not telling truth, then said could not go below cost and did not address the false advertising but chided me when I chatted again. The money is not the most important, but truth in advertising should be. To be fair I was very excited to find the deal and provide the snapshots - you can see the price matching ************ page but doesn't work and waste time and good humor. So Sorry We Got Lites will work with Access Lighting that gave me their best price without price matching or NOT price matching.
