    The wedding set we bought from Allurez is beautiful and attractive. However, the customer support post sales and quality of merchandise is very sub-par. The $21k ring is a tension set. The stone fell out on its own within one month (November 2023). Despite communication with Allurez along with photos, Allurez took over one month to respond and failed to send a shipping label to return the ring. The stone was put back in by a *** ********* jeweler. Then came loose within one month after being put back in. We were told by the jeweler who has experience with tension set rings it was not made correctly and needs to be remade by the jeweler. The way it is made will not hold the stone in place. We notified Allurez of this picking up on the string of communication from November. This time Allurez sent a shipping label and had us return the ring. We did stating we wanted the ring re-made. Allurez did not remake the ring, instead they said they "tightened" the stone. Stones CANNOT be tightened in a tension set ring. The ring was not made correctly, the stone does not stay in place, and it needs to be remade or it will likely loosen and fallout again. Allurez will not admit this nor accept responsibility and has repeatedly failed to respond. Insurance companies will not cover a stone that falls out on its own due to faulty design / manufacture. Also, 7 months post purchase we still do not have the *** certificate despite being told it would be sent to us three times. We have communicated to Allurez we want assurance the ring will be remade and the *** certificate for the stone or a full refund provided.

    I bought a necklace for a gift for my daughter. However, she does suit what her taste and now I am trying to return it. I have been emailing the company for more than 5 days waiting for them to provide me with a return authorization number. They told me on Thursday it could take up to 72 hours to get approval for a return. It has now gone beyond that time and they are now telling me the girl is out of the office and they cannot provide me with the number today. Basically, it feels to me that they are trying let the time expire so that I will not be able to get a refund. I would never buy from them again!!!!!!
