              I was charged a fee of $50.00 for a primary care physician by Emblem Health. The doctor is my family doctor that should had a co-pay of $30.00 not $50.00. I disputed the claim (************) and I received a response stating that the claim will be upheld. Clearly, this is an error. A co-pay of $50.00 is for a specialist, not a family doctor (****** ***********************). This is an on-going problem. A family doctor cannot have a co-pay of $50.00, this is a specialist co-pay. The co-pay is $30.00 for PCP.I would like the charges to reflect a PCP, not a specialist.Inquiry # *******************

              PLEASE DO NOT GET THIS INSURANCE! PLEASE!ONLY LIKE 4 ORAL SURGEONS IN ALL OF F******************** TAKES THEIR S*** INSURANCE. THEIR OWN WEBSITE AND MEMBER SERVICES DONT EVEN KNOW WHO TAKES THEIR SH*T INSURANCE.THE ABSOLUTE NERVE OF THESE MFERS TO TELL ME, "IF YOU PAY OUT OF POCKET WE WILL PAY YOU BACK". AS IF I COULD TRUST PEOPLE TO PAY ME BACK WHEN THEY DONT EVEN KNOW WHO THEIR OWN PROVIDERS ARE. I PAID FOR INSURANCE TWICE A MONTH FOR OVER TWO YEARS JUST TO NOT BE ABLE TO SEE ANYONE WHEN IN F**KING PAIN.FRAUDS FRAUDS FRAUDS. A F***KING WASTE OF MONEY. THE PEOPLE ON F**KING ******** HAVE BETTER F**KING INSURANCE THAN THIS BULLSH*T I PAY FOR.CANNOT WAIT FOR OPEN F**KING ENROLLMENT AND GETTING REAL F**KING INSURANCE.THEY NEED TO CLOSE.
