I'm beyond disappointed and upset about this entire transaction. I bought a faux leather sofa bed and loveseat from this Company. I had previously owned couches in the same material that lasted me 8 years. In less than 1 year, the material began to blacken in various sections. I tried to clean it and realized it was not at all cleanable. I then began noticing the material where I sat started to change to a plastic hard texture, I ended up having a health issue, so was unable to deal with it for a few months. I wrote The Classy Home and advised of the issue, which was now even worse as it began to tear in the seat cushion. They directed me to the warranty company, as I purchased a 5-year warranty. The warranty service company denied me, as they advised they don't cover these type of issues. That was alarming, as I bought the warranty to ensure they would help if anything happened to the sofas. Discoloring and ripping material is not covered? Then what is? No one helped me. I was dismissed by everyone I dealt ******* grandmother who had passed recently a year ago, had gifted 1/2 of the money I spent on them, as I was not working at the time of purchase. It's extremely upsetting and unacceptable to not even last a year. I'm now forced to have them mostly covered with a sheet, as they look horrendous. I noticed when searching for the product soon after it was listed as discontinued, which tells me Classy Home became aware of its faulty material. I feel scammed and would like to be reimbursed. I regret this purchase with Classy Home and I regret purchasing the 5 year Warranty from The warranty *************************************. I heard warranty companies were a scam, but am in disbelief of how true this is.
