            Completed online questionnaire and payment of $499 on August 29, **** to *************, CEO of ezdivorce. He sent paperwork for the 1st step of the process. Once I completed the 1st step, I followed his instructions and emailed him documents to proceed with next step. He never confirmed receipt of sensitive documents. I texted and called several times and have not received any communication back.The service I paid for is not finished and he has stolen my money.

            I am divorced, using EZ Divorce. HOWEVER, I would NOT recommend them/him. They will keep checking in with you to get you to pay. Once they have your money, good luck getting the information and paperwork you need to make it happen. **** had to be constantly called and emailed in order to get what I needed. And then, when you call him on the carpet about being unresponsive, there is no apology, not even an acknowledgement of your frustration; he just moves the conversation on. I FINALLY got the paperwork I needed, and eventually got divorced, but I am certain it would have happened 2 months sooner had I used another company. DO yourself a favor, do not use this company.
