            On 9/25/23 I purchased a ******* Elantra, three days later I discovered that there is a warning light on and that there is a manufacture safety recall in which they do not have a fix for, and so this is something that the dealer should have known, I would not have brought this car if it did. Also I have be to the dealer at least nine (9) times and two different mechanic's to try to address the safety warning light.this dealer refuses to provide me with repair orders as I have made numerous request for them. I am seeking a full refund. the dealer seems to be different from the above but could just be out of State, Unlimited Auto Sales ***** ***************************, ******** ***** the Sales person is ****, the mechanic is ***

            Absolutely terrible customer service. When they purchased my truck it all went smoothly. But my loan was not paid off by the time they said it would be. The price I owed on the vehicle went up because I got charged late fees and also Affected my credit score by missing the payment because they didnt follow thru with what they said. Now I have to waste my time trying to resolve this with the loan company and all unlimited auto did was give me a tracking number for the check they sent out to the loan company. Save your self from this place and go anywhere else possible
