************** Watch out! They will try to force you to agree to all kinds of expensive add-ons after you're committed to purchasing the vehicle. Then they will try to force you to use one of their financing partners with bloated interest rates. Again, watch out. They epitomize the used car salesmen stereotype, even when selling new. They got me, don't let them get you.Review from Steve G

I bought a 2021 explorer on the first day of shopping never thought that would happen. I went to 2 other dealerships that day. I found they had a fair deal but just as important the vehicle was by far the nicest compared to the other explorers one smelled like mildew annother the side of the driver seat fell off when I got outAce was very knowledgeable about the suv. He did not pressure us at all. As per usual he said we could not leave until the manager came over **** the sales Manager offered a lower price. We said it was our first day looking and he said that was fine again no pressure. It was one off the best car buying experience I have had. PS. ************** train coverage including the motor! Would highly recommend you give them a chance at selling you your next vehicle!Sayville Ford Response

I am currently in an active chapter 7 bankruptcy. I reached out to this dealership for a specific vehicle they took $500 of my money and said I would get it back if I was not approved. They took my debit card information this past week and said they were crediting my money back because I was not approved because my bankruptcy was not discharged. I told them that the bankruptcy was not discharged before my money was ever taken. I called my bank and was told there were no pending credits. I then just tried to call the dealership and was hung up on by a Tiago. All he did was over talk me on the phone and told me to come in. I live in *********** **. They are in Long Island the only time I would drive there is if I got the car I wanted. **** a car salesman took my $500 they sold the car that I came to them for. This is not professional and not good business these people are thieves. I needed a better car and I trusted these people and they took my money and did not do anything for me.Sayville Ford Response

I went to Sayville Ford on 9/6/23 wanting to purchase a **** Bronco Sport. I met with ************************* the salesman. I told him exactly what I wanted and informed him under no circumstances do I want any after sales such as extended warranty or undercoating. He assured me that I wouldnt get any of it but that I needed to inform the finance manager when I was ready to close. After having a pleasant experience with ************************* who was very helpful and knowledgeable I was directed to *********************** for the financing. I reiterated to *** what I had told *** that I did not want any after sales packages at all. He said no problem. As I am reading over and signing the documents I did not see anything stating any after sales. When I received my copy of the contract and read it thoroughly again when I got home I noticed a page that I had not seen before which was all the add one I did not want for $5,600. It was deliberately omitted from the other documents I was signing. I called and requested to speak to *** on 9/8/23 and was told he was off. I asked to speak to another finance person and he couldnt help me. Then I asked for a manager named **** and he informed me that he was confused as to why I was so upset because I did in fact sign the contract. I said yes I did but I was never shown the part of the contract that showed the after sale. He said he couldnt help me and that I would have to call back to speak to ***. I asked him to have *** call me when he gets in. I never got that call so I called him and he was not available so I left a message. He never got back me so I called several more times and I kept getting his voicemail. I am very upset with the whole situation. I am a single mom working almost 60 hours a week raising a daughter who is disabled. Im finally able to buy something I really wanted and Sayville Ford cheated me!Sayville Ford Response

Went there to test drive a used ****** Tacoma and was told by the salesman that the price would be higher if I paid cash instead of financing with them. They had two prices, higher and lower on their website but only listed the lower price on the other listing platforms. The salesman also said that the cash price was actually higher than advertised because of added anti theft features and windshield treatment that obviate the use of the windshield wipers, but also, only if I insisted on paying cash. Then he offered me $16k on a $20 k trade in. I walked out, but not without concern for less discerning buyers who might come in response to the lower price advertised on the other platforms. I have an understanding that it is illegal to lowball prospective customers on used car prices?Sayville Ford Response

Numbers manipulation, bogus inflated fees and high pressure. They sneak in extra stuff you refuse to pay for. Such as some hokey glass coating. $300 charge for inspection of their car. Just the most horrible car buying experience ever. The finance manager *** tried to bully me into signing all the papers without reading them first. He was a nasty SOB that I would like to beat the s*** out of. I will never set foot in that dealership again. I will tell everyone I know the awful experience I had. They are absolute crooks and should be out of business.Review from John F.

Lifelong **** customer - have owned multiple ********* ** **** *** *** ** ********, most purchased new. This ****************** experience makes me want to trade in this vehicle and never buy a **** again!! -40k miles, found fluid on driveway. Brought the vehicle to Sayville Ford and learned it was hydraulic fluid from a bad motor mount (covered under Powertrain Warranty). They ordered the part and said that they would call when it came in.-Four months went by, no word from Sayville Ford. I called the ****************** and was transferred to the **************** and had to leave messages and never got a call back.-Multiple attempts were made on different days and finally I was able to speak with a live person. Their response Oh yeah, weve had the part for a long time, sorry nobody called you.-I scheduled to bring the vehicle in on 11/11 to have the motor mount installed and also get an state inspection and oil change while in the shop.-11/11 - I received a call from the Service Advisor saying that the vehicle needs both front and rear brakes. I think it is unlikely that it needed rear brakes at the same time as the first set of front brakes (given that most vehicles have a proportioning valve that ensures the front brakes do more of the stopping power).-The Service Advisor said We can cut your rotors and do the brakes for $299 for the front and $299 for the rear. -I normally do my own brakes (and this story confirms why). I thought $299 for each was pretty steep without replacing the rotors, but for convenience purposes, I agreed to let him do the work so that the inspection could be done at that time. I agreed based on their expert opinion that the brakes could be cut.-Mind you, the vehicle drove and stopped normally before going into Sayville Ford! I picked up the vehicle and the car shook like crazy upon stopping and made a loud whining noise every time I would stop. -I immediately called the Service Advisor and he recommended that I give it a few days for the brakes to break in. I followed his recommendation.-Several days later when the problems persisted, I called the Service Advisor and left a message. A day later, I followed up with an email. No response. I called around and learned that he was on vacation. I called and was able to speak with another person who made an appointment for me to bring the vehicle back to the shop on 11/23.-I received a call from the Service Advisor saying bad news, you need rotors, both front and rear and the cost will be $346.50. At this point, I am very frustrated, because the only reason I had Sayville Ford do the brakes to begin with was that their expert opinion concluded that the rotors could be cut and the cost would be $299 each for both the front and the rear brakes. Second, this shaking problem was caused by Sayville Ford messing up the rotor cut!! The car didnt shake prior to having the brakes done! -Having now had to take a second day off of work, I reluctantly told them to do the job, because I needed the car to be fixed! I went down to the dealership and tried to explain my frustration and that I thought, at minimum, the cost of the rotors should be absorbed by the dealership (remember, I wouldnt have even had Sayville Ford do the brakes if they told me it needed rotors and secondarily, they screwed up cutting the rotors and created this problem!!). -The best the Service Advisor was willing to do was take off $100.00, meaning that I would have to pay $246.50 for the rotors. I asked to speak with the manager, *******, however, in the several hours that I was at the dealership, I was told that he was too busy in meetings and had told the Service Advisor to handle the issue. I clearly expressed my displeasure and told them that this wasnt right and that I would be filing a negative review and taking whatever recourse is available to me. I asked if they care about negative reviews and was told to do whatever I think I need to do.-Isnt the Service Managers job to make sure that the customer is happy? He wouldnt even come speak with me! Yet, I heard someone say the name ******* and saw he had time to be chit chatting with another customer. -Anyway, ******* wouldnt come to speak with me, and my car needed to get fixed, so I reluctantly paid the $246.50, under duress. I also looked at my original receipt and saw that I was over-charged at $315 for the front and $315 for the rear brakes initially and not the $299 that the Service Advisor had quoted! -So, I was misguided and ripped off by Sayville Ford, had to take two days off of work for a very simple job! -They could care less about building a positive relationship with their customers, or about their impact on the **** name! -To top it off, my car was leaking oil from the oil filter not being properly seated/tightened and I had to fix that myself -Oh, and during the service visit I was texted a picture of tire wear patterns indicating that my passengers side were 4 out of 10. The passenger rear tire was just purchased the week before due to a flat!! Its a brand-new tire!!!!***If you are going to get your **** serviced, I would not recommend Sayville Ford, as they are not the experts, do not stand behind their work and are quite possibly ripping people off with their assessments (were rear brakes really needed? A brand new tire shows significant wear?).***Review from Anthony G

I found a truck online with the advertised price. The dealer called me and said they are currently offering up to 25% over blue book value if I had a nice trade. I spent a couple hours in the dealer ship. We agreed on a number, when I told him I wanted to make the purchase he stated I didn't give you my numbers yet. When I questioned the salesman he stated, currently due to the low inventory available, we have a premium on all vehicles. They wanted $94,500 for a truck advertised at ******. He also told me I was unable to utilize the 0% financing offer. He did NOT tell me there was currently a rebate on the truck as well. I was so angry I left. After some research I found the truck and was able to get the rebates, 0% and I paid just about $10,000 less. They Do NOT care about the customer at all. There has to be a law against this type of business practice, not to mention bank fraud for trying to over finance a vehicle by $10,000.00.I guess it's truly Buyer beware.Review from Ryan M.

I came in to buy a 2021 bronco, the salesman **** was nice and assisted me with what I wanted. After the process was over and we discussed the numbers **** showed me a video of a glass coat product they were pushing to all there customers, he said it would cost a few more thousand dollars and be put into the loan, I declined stating I felt my monthly payment was already to high, he then said no worries finance will discuss it with you. This is where I proceeded to get conned out of thousands of dollars. The finance ******************* decided he would take it upon himself to put the glass coat into my contract without discussing it with me..even though I declined the offer with ****, he then went on to add an extended warranty I said i didnt want multiple times but finally gave into because he said it would only up my payment $5 a month. I didnt realize he finagled the APR and actually charged me $3700 for the warranty. Needless to say he conned me into a product and an extended warranty for an extra 6 grand on my sale price..my car loan is now extremely high for no reason but so ****** can get a nice commission at the end of the month.no thought about the customer at all just out for themselves. Fast forward 6 days later I went in to get my extended warranty canceled and see if I can get the glass coat removed from the ****, ****** went on to lie and say the glass coat was a package deal with the warranty.so i then said ill just canceled the warranty and try to render some of my lost money, he huffed and puffed about it saying my apr will go up blah blah blah. Turns out my apr wouldnt go up because he lied about how high it was in the first place. I got the warranty canceled and still waiting for it to be reimbursed onto my loan, I had to eat the glass coat for a couple thousand that i said i didn't want also he never gave me a warranty for it. Long story short I would highly not recommend **** Sayville
