A Honorable Roofing began work 4/29/21 to install APP Modified Bitumen flat roofing system per proposal dated 04/20/21. Their document identified the work as "Reseal all roof penetrations and transitions," "Leave entire job site clear of our debris", and "Properly seal to existing step flashing." This was not done properly and they had to return twice, but they still did not clean up. We paid them $2,977.83. We were doing the cleaning up and found they did not SUPPORT the plywood they replaced. We cannot walk in this area due to the structural integrity of this area. Contacted them and a structural contractor relative came out to inspect and advise. After, that time NOONE is responding to our phone calls or texts. We have a partially unusable balcony. This needs repaired.

As a small business owner myself, I don't take reviews lightly. But in this case I feel a duty to warn others about my experience. The culture of this company is, "lying". From their salesperson all the way to the owner. They made multiple mistakes and never once apologized, instead they tried to cover for each other. Starting the job without a signed contract and then refusing to stop work until the contract could be gone over. Installing the wrong color of shingle and the list goes on. They were given multiple chances to make things right and avoided everyone. To top things off, their salesperson, *****, left a bad review for MY company even though we have never done business with her! She also accused my 72 year old mother of insurance fraud. Absolutely unethical. Most companies would fire an employee for such actions. Save yourself a headache and avoid this company.
