I am a stage 4 cancer patient. My dr ************************** a stool sample. Told me to just grab a container and drop It back off. No such luck. I left my purse in the car and went right before lunch thinking I could just run in and grab a container. Not only is everyone that works there incredibly rude and miserable, but they refused to just hand me a container. They made me wait for an hour just then call my number and hand me the container! Not only that, but the person that handed it to me was incredibly rude to me until I told her that I was stage four and very upset. She then said I dont know what to tell you just leave a complaint. She also told me that once I have the stool sample ready to leave it room temperature and that it can sit indefinitely until I can get back in because I need to make an appointment to get back in to leave it. The next day, I did my thing , and bagged it up and put it in my bedroom and went to make an appointment online because thats the only way to do it. I couldnt get an appointment to drop off till three days later between their availability and my work schedule. The next day I decided to ****** and it said room temperature samples are only good for 24 hours! I will be leaving complaints all over the place and letting everyone I know how incompetent and disgusting that whole business is! Go to *******. I will never go to quest again. I am leaving one star because its making me pick at least one, but they deserve zero.Review from Connie N

On 9/14/2024 My husband visited the office located at *************************. My daughter had a appointment at 10:40am. My daughter did not have insurance but her primary doctor sent us there with a stamp on the paper work saying we had no insurance and that they were to draw the blood anyway and her doctor set me up with a program to help with the bill but I have nothing to pay when blood is drawn if I am not eligible after review I am responsible for the bill in full. That fine I agreed. So my husband takes my daughter to the appointment from the minute he enter the lady working there was irritated and obviously didn't like her job and also keep in mind there were around 10 people there as well. Once she saw we didn't have any insurance she immediately started with attitude with my husband and daughter. First it started when she pronounced my daughters name wrong 3 times and was smirking and shrugging her shoulders saying I don't know it doesn't matter in Spanish. So they proceeded to give her the paper work and she told my husband right away , You know you need to pay $200 for this and my husband said no my wife got the paper work stamped from the doctor to draw the blood and we don't pay nothing now. At this time she is talking so loud that the other patients were all aware of our business, So he called me and put the lady on the phone so I could explain and let me tell you I don't know how that lady works there she was the most unprofessional person that I have ever encounter in my life, She was very disrespectful telling me if I am not happy I could gladly go somewhere else and she don't care what I was told, and handed the phone to my husband. This lady doesn't belong working in a place like that. I have never had to write a review but this was something that needs to be addressed. And by all means if I was wrong about not having to pay I understand but my husband and daughter should not of had to go through this. Someone needs to look into this.Review from Thomas C

1, Rude tech at blood draw 2. Slow test results compared to other labs - its been 3 days and still no result on simple urinalysis 3. I was told to pay $15 at time of draw. MY insurance told me there should be no charge at lab charges are covered 100%I wont be complaining about Quest again... not going back ,,must be a terrible environment to work inReview from Nancy F

******** billing/customer assistance. I hate having labs done because Quest is my only choice for processing. Every time I have to call several times to get them to send bill to secondary insurance. They tell me it has been done but my insurance company has never received anything from Quest. Over and over and over. They are contracted with my secondary provider. Quest is completely incompetent with their billing. They were paid nearly $3000 by my insurance company and covered everything except $49 of my bill. Then for 7 months I keep getting a $3000 bill from Quest. I have called 6 times now and my insurance company has also called. I've sent my EOB to the customer ********************** people at ********************** (after being asked to on one of my multiple phone calls to them) and whoever is getting the emails just doesn't do their job. I'll be reporting Quest to the BBB for fraudulent billing practices. They have been paid and its proven in my EOB. They are attempting to get double paid by also billing me. When I call all I get is a person that says they will take care of it and then they just don't. Completely incompetent company.Review from Eric G

Billing practices are horrific. Was sent a past due notice for a $9 bill in May. I called the company and explained the bill was already paid and that my check that was sent was cashed. They asked for proof, which I sent in June and again in July via email. Received a Delinquent account notice in August. I called company again and they stated they never received emails so I resent with *** still on the phone. She received email and stated that it was not enough proof. Stated I needed to send her a canceled check from my bank. ( my bank charges $8 for a canceled check) so I instead said I will just pay the bill AGAIN as I have wasted too much time on their inept systems. I paid online today and there is an addition $3.99 fee to process the payment of $9. ***** doing business with this company at all costs. They should be embarrassed to call themselves a healthcare related business.Review from Ju V

I have never experienced a more angry and belittling healthcare worker. I went for bloodwork on 8/29/24 at ********************** location. The worker (booth/office 2) immediately saw that I had a high number of labs (5-6 orders from my doc) and said I couldnt expect to have that all done. She was frustrated she couldnt find me in the system. My lab orders had Quest clearly marked at top and I had called insurance the day before to confirm I could have my labs done at this location. The worker scolded me at least 5x for bringing so many labs and saying she couldnt figure out my insurance or find me in system. You cant expect us to do this! She also told me over and over that she wasnt going to be able to do it. She made it clear she wanted me to leave, but since I waited over an hour and had fasted, I remained patient in my seat. She said I was going to put her behind and they were already 18 patients behind. She eventually figured out how to input the order in computer/click the right box for my insurance. She told me to never bring labs like this here again. I was shocked at her attitude, considering I had not been impatient or disrespectful of her. She eventually did the bloodwork and then said done, goodbye. If any other person was elderly or young or vulnerable in some way this would have been even more horrendous. I could not see any supervisor present so I just left.Review from Dr. Ronald G

They have the worst customer ********************** I have encountered in many years. You cannot get someone on the phone, you cannot log in unless you have your email from 20 years ago, you cannot get results, you cannot get corporate on the phone. Avoid at all costs.
