Relying on Totaram Jewelers' pricing integrity, I impulsively bought a 25-gram choker for $2614. My husband noticed a significant price difference compared to a 33-gram choker priced at $2997. Surprised by the disparity, I contacted Totaram, and they claimed a manual error and reduced the price by $200. Unhappy with the offer, I canceled the initial purchase and got a 33-gram choker (at Rs.8078 per gram which is high price per gm). Shockingly, the original choker reappeared on the site with the old price, not the updated lower one. This raises concerns about their integrity, making me question their pricing accuracy and transparency.Review from Pramod R

I ordered my 22K gold wedding band from Totaram Jewelers. Shortly after placing my order, I received a call from one of their representatives. She was cordial and informed me of what to expect going forward. I even received a credit as the weight of the ring was less after completion.
