              I recently purchased Samsung Frame 65in TV (QN65LS03BDFXZA) from Costco with 2 year free Samsung Art Store Promotion. It has now been over a month and I am getting a run-around on why my promotion is not working. I was on the call with multiple customer service representatives, they can see the promotion but it is always going to be 3 to 4 days for the promotion to be applied. (It never is). Currently I am being told that the backoffice needs to replenish something? (they are not sure what) before I can get my 2 year subscription credit. The irony is on Samsung Checkout the promotion can be clearly seen they just need to honor it. I have already wasted hours on the phone and writing emails. I have multiple Samsung appliances but I am very disappointed with the way my very straight-forward issue is being handled.

              I have ordered a Samsung tablet S9 Ultra on Samsung.com, the order has been approved 12 different times by different credit cards about 10 to 15 minutes after approval I received a email stating the order is canceled because they cannot verify payment information. I have called the banks the card is issued and they tell me the sale was approved but Samsung canceled the order. Is this acceptable business? They have no legitimate reason for canceling the order. Is Samsung a BBB accepted business?
