      This place is horrible!!! Came here to get full upper and partial lower. Was told to wait 3 weeks. They arrived the next week when I came in for follow up, they forgot a tooth, had to send back, had to wait the full 3 weeks even though they were in 2 weeks later. Started going for adjustments, made it to 2 adjustments appointment's complained of under tongue area causing blister and sharp edges on plate. She came back saying she cut a big piece of it and that I should be good now. It felt bad, knew something wasn't right, was rushed out, later has I kept moving my tongue around to figure out what she did it clicked that the big piece she cut out was the bottom front portion of my lower plate. The part that held the entire thing in place and now wobbly, moving around and causing severe pain. Made another appt to come back in, my husband came with me, they tried denying their mess up. Said I complained of pain on gums which in turn I said I never complained of front lower mouth pain. I requested new ones manager ***, said "well that's not gonna happen", than I said I'd have to get a lawyer, I said have the assistant do what she can to make it comfortable she said no we're not touching your denture's ho get your lawyer. This was after Dr ***** yelled at both me and my husband so bad that the assistant has to put her hand on his arm and say "Doc" with a look like you can't be talking to paid in full customer's like this. Yes paid in full over $6000. Manager *** said well my staff told me you complained of pain along the gum so I have to believe my clinical staff. Not one note was written in my chart. I told her the assistant said they can always take more away but never add on, so why would she cut a big piece out in first place. And she knew I never complained of pain in the front. They are liars, incompetent and rude. This Dr should be fired for malpractice and that manager should not be treating customers like how I was treated and talked to.

      BEWARE!!!!!!! My wife went here for implantsurgery and it's been a nightmare since. Not only did they miss inform her but there patient service is horrible they treated her like garbage and lied to her. Unfortunately they pulled a fast one on me but to anyone in the future I highly recommend you find a better place if your gonna spend a lot of money on your teeth. The original dentist and staff in *********** office is now made up of an entirely new staff then when she went originally but based off her current experience it looks like much hasn't changed. BEWARE ALL

      Universal dentisttry should be put out of business. Had dentures since 2019 had all fittings plus paid for more adjustments and still no good ,just a lot of pain when I eat.

      I had an upper denture made at ************ office some years back . One tooth chipped I called two different times for an approximate price I was told a little over one hundred put I didn't have to leave denture same day service.. I drive miles to get there.. I wait forty five min. In waiting room.. in back a black girl very rude and sarcastic tell me over ****** to fix a chipped tooth and I wouldn't get my denture back for a week. I was lied to.. plain and simple.. when I called her out she was ********* left the room didn't even say she was sorry she couldn't help me. The sign and pic in waiting room says if we don't greet you within 30seconds leave because we don't deserve your business I'm upset how I was treated and lied to scammers.. they don't take insurance as well.. ripping consumers off **************

      Dont go there as they say one thing and do another Have me upper teeth that are green and wont correct it I spent over ******* for that

      My experience was they quickly want you to get a loan to pay for expensive services they offer because it's the money they want and your satisfaction with your care is not their priority..

      I LOVE the care and comfort of my dentures. The staff at the Springfield location are top notch! The office manager ****** and the dental assistant **** were beyond pleasant and compassionate. Thank you!

      I had implants for full bottoms dentures, then they said I was good to get for the top and lets just say they didnt stay the top keep falling out so that was almost $4gs so I said not doing again so they gave me new regular top dentures and wouldnt refund for the top after doing X-rays abs saying top bone was good for implants so ??????????? IM CURIOUS HOW THERE STILL IN BUSINESS SMH!! All these accounts and this of the BBB SITE!!!

      Universal Dentistry Turnersville, ** has screwed me out of $1,900.00. I went there because I expected superior service and satisfaction, and close to home. I needed to have my current dentures relined. They told me that if I did that it would only last a few months, my best bet is to get new dentures. I said OK, because they are the experts (Ha!Ha!). They asked for the $1,900.00 up front. I asked if I could make payments, the manager said half now and half when the dentures came in would be OK! So that is what I did. Well as soon as the dentures came in I knew right away that they were not made right. I told them and they said they were made right that I would need just a couple of adjustments. I have worn dentures since I was 16 and I am now 74, so I know what fits and what doesn't and they did not. I made 8 trips to them for adjustments and things only got worse. Finally I asked for my money back or make a new set of dentures, their response with an attitude was " That ain't gonna happen!". They were not cooperative or concerned with my needs. They just wanted the money. Since then I did go to another dental doctor and was immediately told that those dentures were not made right they were too big, and my jaw was in pain when I was trying to eat with them in. This new doctor explained how they should have been measured before the molds were taken, and Universal Dentistry did none of these measurements. I do not recommend Universal Dentistry to anyone, especially for dentures. I never got any money back.

      I started with the ****************** in *******. It took 1- 1/2 months to finally fix my teeth. I waited almost 1 month to have my extraction done . I had total bottom extraction after they found my healing plate., they said they lost me plate in late February but I raised a fuss and all of a sudden it was found the next day In march.. A healing plate was put in that did not fit. I called 2 days later to get some relief from a bad sore on my gum, I had to wait 5 days because they didn't have room for an appointment.. I cancelled and found another dentist and asked for a refund for services not rendered. $951. I was told by the end of March I would receive the refund. It is now April and no refund, they said 3-5 more days because I paid by check, they cashed my check in ******* when I was asked to pay for everything in full. $2100.00. When I asked to have the district managers phone number I was told by a male associate that he didnt know what number to give me. I called and spoke to the female manager I told her my legal advisor had advised me to try again for the refund if not I would file a complain with the better business bureau, She chuckled and said 3-5 days I will receive my refund. It has been 3 days , I will wait 5 days but still do not know who to call that is above the female manager. I also had to have my new dentist file down a piece of bone that was left sticking up, it was the reason the plate would not fit and a sore had developed , along with some other adjustments he made. This has been a nightmare.
