I WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE HELP I RECEIVED AT KROLL. I WAS HAVING DIFFICULTY ESTABLISHING MY LOG IN.ONCE I EXPLAINED MY SITUATION TO ERIK L***** HE PATIENTLY GUIDED ME THRU THE PROCESS.COURTEOUS THE ENTIRE TIME & ASK IF HE COULD HELP ME WITH ANYTHING ELSE.GOOD EXPERIENCE START TO FINISH.Review from Mary Ann C

I was alerted by Kroll that I had several inquiries on my credit report. Erik L***** was able to help me resolve all my issues and gave sound advice to help prevent this from reoccurring. He helped me contact many businesses to have these issues resolved and taken off my credit reports. Even though he was specifically helping equinox, he graciously reviewed my reports on the other two agencies where more issues were discovered, and he quickly helped me to resolve all of them. I am ever so grateful for his help in protecting me from further issues! I highly recommend Kroll and especially Erik if you need help with identity theft and protection.Review from Paul M

I received a credit alert from Kroll for an unpaid account with one of the major telecommunications companies for over $2000. I have never had an account with that provider - the account was fraudulent. Juan C. was fantastic! He assisted me by setting up a conference call with the debt collection agency. He knew exactly what information I needed in order to dispute this fraudulent account. He also ran some other scans to check for other fraudulent activities in my name. Then he gave me VERY thorough instructions on what steps to take to clear this negative report AND additional steps to enhance my identity security going forward. I was pleasantly surprised at his professionalism, knowledge, and genuine interest in helping me. I'm a Kroll fan for life!Review from Frank R

Juan L*** was fantastic to work with. He was courteous and extremely efficient in tracking down the issues and speaking with all the concerned parties. He was able to put me on a 3 party conversation allowing other concerns to share important information concerning identity fraud. He and his supervisor worked well together and explained the process as we moved along. Of course, this is the beginning of the process but I will be back to continue this review to its completion.
