            I built my house in 2021 and installed ThermoTech single hung windows. When the wind blows, they howl like crazy and wind comes through the window. ThermoTech has been to my house to try repairs but they don't work and they tell me nothing is wrong with my windows. They are a terrible product and I want them replaced. I have video evidence but the files are too large to upload here.

            I have older patio sliders (2004) and the glass has become foggy on two of them. I was pleased that Thermo-Tech replaced the glass under warranty and it was shipped to me I paid the company to have the glass installed. The technician could not remove the doors and said "there is too little clearance on these vinyl frames and he was afraid of breaking the frame." He said he would contract the company for advice. I have not heard from them. I phoned to inquire and was told they would check. I wrote a letter describing my issue. No response after months. Not happy is an understatement.

            ******, We were able to locate several files regarding your patio door. It appears that our tech had determined that the glass could not be replaced due to an installation challenge. I can appreciate your frustration with the glass having seal failure and not being replaced at this point. However, our technicians shared with us that the panel cannot be replaced in the door the way it is currently installed. If you would like us to work with you on a solution that would resolve your opportunity, I would be happy to discuss.Sincerely *********************** Director of Sales
