            I took my Omega Seamaster watch in for repair in late 2020. I called every couple of months to check on its progress and was told the watch repair person was busy and that parts were difficult to get. I got a call on July 2021 that it was fixed and picked it up. I paid $518.00 for the repair. Within a few hours I realized it still wasnt working properly and took it back to Timescape. ***** was apologetic and said he would get it fixed without any extra charge. I waited and called again every couple of months and got the same explanation that the repair person was busy and parts were hard to get. In May of 2022 I got a call saying the watch was fixed. I picked it up again and within the same day realized it was again not properly fixed.. Timescape had my watch for almost 1.5 years and they were unable to resolve the issue. I have since sent my watch to Omega for the repair and am very unhappy that I paid money and had to wait a year and a half to get my watch which was not repaired correctly.
