            I signed up for this service two months before the COVID outbreak. They took weeks to set me up. By the time I was able to see what a crappy job they did with my pictures COVID was in full swing. I became ill with the pandemic for 8 weeks. I called to tell them that due to COVID no one wanted to respond or date. This was when they said they could sell my membership to someone else. So I never filed a complaint and never heard from them again. I payed ********* for a stupid profile and crappy photos during a pandemic. They never sold my membership and never refunded any money. No dates, no responses due to COVID and horrible photos. I want people to know these guys are a big joke! Nice rip off scam just like the pandemic.

            Being new to the area, I tried a couple of dating apps but was very disappointed. I decided to try Minneapolis Singles because they have a A+ rating on the BBB which I think is important. On my initial phone call, I learned that they run background checks on all members which made me feel safe. The office was beautiful and from the time I walked in they made me feel that they cared about helping me find the right person. I was impressed that all of the staff had been doing this for over 20 years and I have not been disappointed. I was nervous about going to an event by myself, but after walking in, I was greeted and felt very welcome. I had a great time meeting everyone. My experience has been beyond my expectations, and I'm excited to continue meeting people in the area!
