              July 15th,2021 I found a bed bug in my bedroom. My family moved to a brand new townhouse June 5th,2021 and had no signs of bedbugs prior to moving. I contacted LocalPest on July 15th and they confirmed the presence of bed bugs from a photo and we discussed treatment options and time frames. A treatment with a fungal chemical named aprehend was ordered and a technician came to our home on July 18th to treat our home. Since hiring Localpest they have returned for total 4 visits as we continue to find live bugs despite following all their recommendations. They originally told us the Aprehend is usually only 1 treatment necessary. We paid $929.25. On the third visit the technician told me the company had not stored the aprehend properly, that it was meant to be kept between 2-8degrees and theirs was at 30degrees and hence possible reason first treatments did not work. I am concerned the lack of treating appropriate rooms and chemical mishandling worsened and spread our infestation.
