      I purchased a single Office app and I actually received the correct item along with the full Suite for an amazing price. Just make sure your computer meets the system requirements for the product and carefully follow the download instructions. Everything was legit and my apps were up and running in a matter of minutes.

      I made a purchase of 2021 ******* home and business but got the pro plus instead. When I called them up to let them know. He told me that I could have the product anyway for letting them know about the mix-up. That was QUITE the increase in cost they let me have. Thank you very much!

      I purchased ****** 2019 and received nothing. I've been calling and reaching out to he company in all the ways I can but no one is getting back to me. I need this product for school and if I can't get the product then I at least want my money back, but I can't even reach out t someone from the company to get one. I either need my product or my money back. This is ridiculous.

      I purchased ********* office for my *** from softwarekeep only to find out that softwarekeep keeps your money but does not offer a product. I spoke with Joe over the phone when he provided instructions to get the product setup but, Joe seemed to be a bit busy so he would only answer my call when he had time to answer. Nevertheless, I have tried calling back several times and never heard back. This company still owes me my hard earned money of $116.01/-. It is frustrating to see that there is 24/7 service but only to the convenience of the employees at softwarekeep.

      I purchased ** ****** 2010 with only what I needed, ****, ***** and **********. So, it was less expensive than the whole suite. I was already satisfied. Prior to this, I spent a whole day downloading free images of ** ****** 2010 to 2016 from other websites. Most times, the installations succeeded, not always. Never was I able to activate with free product keys, but that was not a surprise. Then, I went to SoftwareKeep. By the way, I installed ** ****** successfully on ***** using *********. I don't use ******* much. I'm pleased with my purchase. A few months ago, I bought ******* 7 from SoftwareKeep, but was unable to install it. I was refunded the same day, no hassle. I realize now that installation failed due to ******* 10 already in another partition. The image of ******* 7 sold to me was probably not at fault.

      Software Keep sells *********** keys. If you order any version of ****** they will "upgrade" you to Pro Plus. Pro Plus is a **** ********* key ********* does not make *** pro plus keys. I needed *** 2016 for a client of mine but instead I was ******* by softwarekeep. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

      Just got my ******* ** *** key. It activated it and first thing I did was I went into Command Prompt to verified if it is RETAIL, OEM, or VOLUME. My key was indeed RETAIL Channel! Just had to comment this! Whether you trust my review or others, its your choice but for me in 10 minutes I got my email with the key. We will see in the long run! Thanks SoftwareKeep.

      If there was a zero rating I'd give it! I am in the middle of classes and needed ********* ****** for my course work. I paid for the product, was sent a link and a product key, neither of which worked. I used the support bot to request a refund because this feels like a ****. No confirmation of the supposed refund. I called the number listed on the advertisement and got a live person who told me that the refund was being processed. I'll believe it when I see it. My assignment will be late. This has not only greatly inconvenienced me but is effecting my GPA. DON'T USE THIS WEBSITE. They deserve a minus/negative rating.
