              Two days after I bought my vehicle the left headlight was replaced by you for looks like 3 or 4 times. I've been broke down 7 or 8 times, my car has not moved in 3 months it's completely trash it was bought new in 2011 but everything on the car has been replaced more than. Once I came yesterday they were closed today the man was extremely rude unhelpful kept saying it had to be in the SUV well as I explained it's been broke down 3 out of the few months I've had it. Apparently they do not know what they are doing if the same things are having to get replaced over and over. Rude staff. Refused to see if the battery matched the only receipt I had. Had no suggestions no help. I believe they must tear your car up if they are replacing the same things over over or they don't know how to fix a vehicle

              I brought my car in on the 5th. Called back on the 7th . I was told their air conditioning guy would be off until the following Wednesday. I called on Wednesday and was told that they'd hopefully have it done by the end of the week. They called me today ( the 15th) and THEY asked ME what I thought was wrong. I told them again that I thought they need to check the freon. I can't even fathom why their service department would call and ask me what I thought was wrong with it. So after ten days of no car, living in a new state, they call back and say I can pick it up. I just paid 351.00 to find out it just needed FREON. I was charged for all kinds of diagnostics. 312.00 was labor costs. Turns out, if they had checked the freon level in the first place, this would not have happened! I don't mind paying for a job well done, but this WAS NOT A JOB WELL DONE! I'm 66 yes old and new to this state. I had no transportation. The service department had nothing to say to me except "see the cashier around the corner".. They didn't say "sorry for any inconvenience " or if we had listened to you., it wouldn't have taken so long. I don't go out of my way to make complaints, but I feel like I was treated poorly and I was overcharged for their very poor service. It was the first and last time they'll get my business!
