      I have been a member for several years. Every time you go into a branch it is different teller that has no clue what they are doing. Today they put a 7 day hold on a check when federal law is 5 days. Each branch is different too. I am taking my business elsewhere. Calling or messaging online gets no replys. Horrible banking service.

      I was charged 129.95 from an order from Clean Balanced Diet. I did not order. Was returned to me and a month later charged back to my acct, overdrawing my acct and added fee after fee. I called the company, and the phone number was fake. There is no website. I called bank 4 times, and they believe Provisional Credit over me on this. With no written order or proof. showing I made an order. Can't call or write the diet place as there is no real info on contacting them. I asked to speak to a bank manager and was put off. Saying not available they will call me. Well, didn't call so managers won't help their customers. This is not the first charge I have disputed over the years, there are many. The bank just charges customers if they want. I have had so much stupid things with the bank. I am 77 had the bank many years and didn't want the trouble of changing. I will now for sure. Not only do they help the companies they ignore the customer's needs. What is this world coming to. How can we trust a bank to pay the bills no days. They just don't care. It's not their problem. Now I am out 129.95 for no reason. Show me the order that I made if there is one. The bank just lets anyone use your debit cards. How can we keep money safe and pay bills without a bank.

      I have a 909 Credit score and charged us a 10.5% Rate no way that is Correct no matter who is doing the math on This loan?

      I cashed a check thst had the wrong year on it. Instead of 2024 it accidentally had 2023. I cashed it without noticing the error and the teller didn't notice the error either but 2 hours later I got a call from Abound Credit saying of I didn't bring in another check with correct year them I would be charged a reverse charge of 250 plus any overdraft of 30 dollars. So basically 280 dollars for 1 number being wrong when I gave them the information of who wrote the check. Absolutely stupid banking considering I've banked with them for several years now. I'm probably after this going to close my account and find a much better bank that isn't in such a hurry to add fees and penalties. I told them I could bring another check the next morning because I was at work at the time they called but nope they couldn't wait. I may not be able to wait to close my account too!

      Abound is one of the worst banks I don't get it their overdraft fees or ridiculous I asked them over the phone to remove what ever process that allows them to recover 31 dollars on a transaction that they did nothing to no payment was made and all they did was deny the transaction how does that work

      My husband took out a personal loan and it stated it would be posted on Monday. It’s Monday and no funds! There’s no way to manage loan online and there’s ZERO customer service! Not happy with this!

      Didn’t even get an opportunity with this credit union. 800+ score didn’t help somehow but at least I was refunded and my account was disabled. No real explanation for why but whatever. I heard great things but it’s a no for me. I’m usually the one telling others the perks of trying things and benefits of joining orgs but this was my first flop ever. Good luck to those who are looking to join or apply

      I have had 2 auto loans with this company. The first loan was paid thru the 2nd loan because I traded it for the current auto. The car lot took care of filing for the loan & arranging everything. I had to have a co-signer for the 2nd loan. I paid the 2nd loan off 4/15/2021. Now almost 2yrs later it’s showing on my co-signers credit report as being 30 days late & that $1300 is still owed on the loan for something. How could it 30 days late if it’s been paid off for almost 2 yrs. I have called several times & went to the campbellsville office to request a statement for what exactly this money is supposed to be owed for. I have got numerous stories & still nobody can produce me a statement to show what it’s owed for. Ive spoken to the same person several times before going to the office & get a different story each time as to what is owed. He also put in his nots of 1 of the calls that I agreed to make a payment of $150 on 1/1/2023 & I did not. My exact words were i may try to make a payment by 1/15/2023 but I needed to know what I was paying on first before I start handing over money I don’t really have to spare & got hung up on. I’ve been told it’s paid off, Ive been told it’s late charges, & I’ve been told it’s left over owed on the 1st auto which wouldn’t be my problem anyway. That would be on the dealer for not getting it right to start with. 1 employee even stated it was charged off whatever that means. I’ve also been told its being paid threw my chapter 13 bankruptcy which I also a lie because I specifically requested for it to be left out of it to be paid outside of the bankruptcy & did so. I was also told to contact my bankruptcy attorney & request it be put in it which would not help my co-signer at all. I feel I owe no money nor does my co-signer & I want the issue resolved with my title released. Also this information removed from the co-signers credit report. Please resolve ASAP. I have also reached to my other attorney for assist. Thank you.
