I paid approximately $19,000 for a container of my personal possessions to be shipped ********** This sum included insurance. 1. Items did not arrive; items arrived broken; items arrived with missing pieces. 2. I was promised unpacking in ****** verbally and in writing. This is disputed and their small print is nothing short of fraudulent in its lack of honesty. I was promised that dismantled items would be assembled and items would be put in their final destination and this was not done (I was told they would for this for an extra 700 *****. 3. When i have called my calls would not be answered. My emailed questions were ignored 4. I have had verbal and email harassment suggesting they would sue me should I attempt to write reviews or contact the**** 5. The insurance company will not reply to my emails. 6. Their lawyer wrote to me suggesting he would review my case and nothing. 7. When I disputed issues and fees, I was told that I either paid or they would not deliver my furniture and fees would continue to be assessed. I had no choice to pay
