I have been waiting for a refund since September of 2023. Originally I thought I wanted to be an English teacher but I had been going back and forth with that decision. The idea of working in another country was most appealing to me. However with that being said I eventually came to the conclusion that I would not make a good teacher. I'm very shy and not aggressive at all. When I told them I wanted a refund they told me that it was going to take awhile because they had a lot of people wanting refunds. They told me that their review team would have to review my case to see if I get a refund and for how much. They told me that I would probably get a partial refund. I have been calling them ever since and 2 thing have continuously been happening. Either they tell that they haven't gotten a chance to review it or they tell me to leave a message with their financial department and they'll get back to me which they never do. I have been extraordinarily, patient and understanding. I am working a full job and I going back to school in the fall to pursue a 2nd degree, every ***** count. I just want my money back
