My experience with them was simply awful. First, the website was so glitchy I couldn't complete the transaction so I had to try many many times, and when it finally did go through it posted twice on my account. I emailed them, got no reply but thankfully got an email from the manager asking about the next day and so we resolved it. So far so good. Then I discovered it was sent UPS and immediately got worried because I had just had a package disappeared that was supposed to be delivered by them and couldn't get any resolution, and I have been hearing all around about the packages disappearing at absolutely astonishing rate. OK, so I messaged the manager asking for more detail so that I can track it very closely. (A pain for me, but I didn't wan't to have to go through all the red tape again if it were stolen) After some time my UPS page starts showing that it was supposed to be delivered at a certain date but the info stopped. I panic and email the lady again. ONLY AT THIS POINT, many days in, she informs me that they use some weird system that outsources the final delivery to our local post office, so that I effectively can't track it anymore and have to sit and wait on them to deliver it whenever they get around to it, quote "hopefully some time next week" I know that USPS in our parts is supremely unreliable - they even skip postal deliveries for days on end sometimes. Of course the calls yield no results. So I continue waiting and checking like 5 times a day. Nothing for days. This morning (more than 2 weeks in after the order, mind) I get a notice the package was SENT BACK TO SENDER! And when I call their "customer service" center they once again give me that absolutely uninterested, cold, defensive attitude - they have no qualms about my wasting 2 WEEKS on their sorry excuse of a business, when I could have already gotten and used the device from a more reputable company. They are a NIGHTMARE to deal with - you will get nothing min of formal info and canned phrases, there is NO customer service - save yourself some time and avoid them.
