            On Thursday October 7th I purchased a subscription to their Live grass service. My order was shipped with a delivery date of Sun 10-10. It did not arrive and the next day the tracking was updated to no delivery date available. On tuesday we still had no delivery date So I contacted them and was told someone would contact me. On Wednesday still no delivery date and the package has yet to reach my city. As this is a live product in a box for a week now I can no longer expect it to be acceptable if/when it does arrive. I contacted them for a refund and was given the tracking info that I already had, eventually they said someone would contact me (again). No one has.

            I was hoping this would be a better alternative for my pup than regular pee pads but I didn't receive my order and although I paid extra for their so called package protection, the company doesn't seem willing to replace or anything. So I'm not sure what's going on but I guess I'll have to cancel the subscription if it's only going to cause additional stress.
