    I voluntarily entered this facility on Oct 25th for alcohol treatment. I was very upfront that i had both a food allergy called alpha gal syndrome as well as hypertension and cardiac issues, which i needed to have my blood pressure medications compounded. I arrived with a 2 week supply of my medications. I told the nurses that it was a good idea to get my order going with the compounding pharmacy, as sometimes it takes **** business days to have these meds made. On Friday November 3 rd i expressed concern that two of my medications were getting low, one was a beta blocker, another a diuretic. (5 day supply left) at that point i had been to the ** 3 times to receive IV medications for elevated *** I was told it was being handled. On Wed, Nov 8th I again expressed concern that I had one day left and said they ordered Monday afternoon (nov 6) on Thursday Nov 7th I took my last dose of metroprilol and spirilactolone . I was then told the pharmacy was out of the ingredients and were working on it. By Friday Nov 10 at 1pm i was talked to the local hospital for IV meds and dangerous ** level. I was given IV meds and discharged. By 9 PM my ** spiked again, this time to a near fatal level of 205/136 and collapsed. I have several witnesses that told me that no one was trained for CPR, or how too use a defibrillator, a** the 911 operator was giving them instruction while EMT's were in route. I was stabilized overnight at the hospital, and the Doctor at the ** offered a 3 day supply of the medication until the facility got my medication. Staff that was with me at the facility refused, as it was against policy. I had terrible withdrawal from the Beta blocker ( pounding heart, chest pain, elevated **) through Monday and was taken again to the ** Nov 13. My meds finally came in the evening of Nov 13 and at thst time i told staff that i requested a discharge as i didn't feel medically safe any longer. I was discharged at 8:30pm on Nov 13th

    They helped me understand how to communicate to those around me. They gave me an understanding of who is toxic in my life and how to get rid of them. Elevate taught me to be aware of my feelings. In the past I haven't always understood my feelings and how to handle them. Now I can understand them and deal with them without substance abuse. Elevate gave me the opportunity to have hope in my life again. It's a small investment on a lifetime of happiness.
