    I have called their emergency number several times since I've lived here. Moran Plumbing is the main plumber our HOA uses. When homeowners need a plumber on their own, we call Moran also, bec they know the inner workings of our condos as some units share pipes. I've called his emergency line before & a return call will come maybe 4 hrs later after I call his svc several times. Tonite I have no heat & no hot water in some places & wanted to know if the 2 were connected or if I should call a serviceman separately for my appliances - trying to get someone here on Sat if needed. My 1st was at 4:50pm followed by 3 other calls thru 9pm. *****/owner finally called 9:30 & Was very ****. After I asked why it took 4hrs to call back. He said "Do you really want to know why? *** the person on call his mother died tonight" & then the owner/***** slammed the phone down. I want an apology from him directly. He knows he doesn't need our individual business because our HOA gives him a lot of work. But he should be cordial & respectful to us. This isn't the 1st time, or I wouldn't be posting. He also charges our homeowners more than other plumbers in the area. I am the President of our HOA Board which he/the owner knows. Any business should treat customers kind - not hang up the phone on them. Meanwhile, the worker whose mother died called me right after & was wonderful. Wish the owner would be that kind. Now at 10pm it's too late to get someone here for tomorrow. I want an apology from him directly. Not his wife who also works there or one of his other workers. He's the one we often have to deal ... very unfortunately.
