Great product but if you are a trade professional, dont expect much in the way of customer service. In fact, its the worst customer service I have experienced in 24 years in business. My trade account doesnt populate and Ive spoken to 7 employees to fix to make my 5th purchase. Every one of them rude and not helpful. Then they state that they dont want to do business with us, when we expressed our frustration that we have been calling every day for 2 weeks to place an order. They said we were rude and our trade account was revoked because we told them we have deadlines and stated how unprofessional they were. We have asked repeatedly for upper management yo reach us to resolve these customer service issues and their radio silence continues to be deafening. High unprofessional experience, as they act hide and never call back. Avocado mattress is their sister company and they will answer Brentwood Home number and act like they cant help too. Be prepared to be transferred around and given the run around when you need customer service. We are a hospitality bus who does business with over 50 vendors and have never been mistreated as badly as Brentwood Home has treated us.
