This company buys debt from different companies that hire lawyers that go after a huge amount of money including their cost at whatever the cost may be. I use to have a sole proprietor established 2015 which was under ************* at ******************************************, which I stopped operating since 9/19/2019 and started my paper and incorporated under a completely different business name and different address ************* auto wrecking ********************************************* which came into business in January 2020. Please note these are two different business which i explained twice when i was contacted ******************************* (now deceased) in 2021 , after this lawyer I was also contacted by *********************** in 2022 to whom I responded with the documents to show this was a complete different company that had nothing to do with the prior debt. I never received any response in regard to the emails I sent out to both lawyers and I was ignored and they proceed to get a judgement under the wrong business for the amount of $52,000 while I was out of the country under psychiatric treatment that I have been under since January 2019. Please consider that my new business that is exempt to this debt has this on record they ruin my business credit history they are thefts and liars. They know what they are doing and are not caring they are willing to do anything at whatever cost to get paid and should not operate in such a way. Not content with the amount they took, I received on June 25,2023 a memorandum of cost after Judgment with interest accumulated. Reimburse the funds that were unlawfully withdrawn from ************* auto wrecking Corporation which did not owe such debt , collect the amount owed the correct way and from the correct company. I have attached the Invoice to which belong to Parts guy (sole ) the emails sent (No response) corporation ,licensing end 2019 ******** shipping as Parts guy auto wrecking 2020 Medical Docs to support my condition. Please Help!
