Best Overnite Express is the worst logistics / shipping company you can ever work with. They deserve 0 stars. Their customer service is extremely poor and find any and every way to avoid taking fault for their mistakes. They broke up our pallets and did not deliver the full shipment. Our Best Overnite Express notified us of the situation and even providing all information they asked for their "claims supervisor" who is also poor at his job denied our claim. *************************** was the claim supervisor who handled our case he has a very nasty attitude and poor customer service skills. He hung up the phone in my face when I asked to speak to his manager. *************************** may need to be removed from the phones and retake a class on how to be a supervisor and handle customer contact appropriately. His action and how he handled our situations were pitiful and *****. I was shocked on how embarrassing his service was. I'm not even sure how he has a supervisor title. He must be all they have. A tip I have is DO NOT ship with them. The freight we lost was over six thousand dollars and they provided no solution to a mistake they made. They would ask us for information and when I sent the information requested, they said they would not use it. They also said we would need to pay our invoice before we could even submit a claim. So, we paid for a shipment that didn't even fully make it to its destination. Their lead time is also incorrect. 3 days actually means 3 weeks. If you take your chances and do happen to ship with them don't expect your freight to arrive on time. This has to be the absolute worst trucking company you could ever use. Bottom of the barrel service. Too bad I can't give 0 stars; they don't even deserve 0 they deserve negative of that.
