    I paid off my auto loan a long time ago that I had with them.I never received the title. When I call them they give me the run around about the title. Until they told me someone was going to call me. I had forgotten about it until I received my new car registration and it shows them as the lien holder. I called and they send me to voicemail and tell me ***** will be in. This is the same thing they did before when I called to inquire about it. Take the lien off the car loan they paid off. Its really not that complicated. Do you job instead of making me do everything and sending me to voicemail.

    I deposited a check of $2000 dollars on the 27th of September to cover my rent. The clerk I spoke with said my funds would be available on Friday the 30th of September. On Friday my funds were not available so I called E-Central and spoke with another rep who assured me my funds would be available on Monday the 3rd of October. My funds are not available today and I wrote a check to pay my rent. I called in today because my funds show as "pending" online. I called and was told by a new rep that the funds will be available tomorrow the 4th of October. There is no valid reason for giving me so much misinformation about my own money. They tell me that I may be hit with overdraft fees even tho my money has been deposited one week prior. This is unacceptable.

    First, please accept my apology for the experience you described. I can understand your frustration. As you and I discussed this morning, there are automatic holds placed on a check when using a shared branch location. In some cases, we can shorten the hold or release part of the funds; however, it depends on several factors.
