            I purchased an *************** Brush from the online website on September 14th. I received the item removed it from the box and plugged it in and it did not power on. I was discouraged because of the defective product and decided I wanted a full refund rather than a replacement. I requested a return label and send the product back to the warehouse. I purchased the product for ******* and was only refunded ****** When I inquired why this was the company informed me that the product had fingerprints on it and the cord was not wrapped in the original position so they considered it "used" and charged me a *** disposal fee. I did not use product because the product was defective and would not power on. I've gone back and forth with them and they continue to claim the product was used because I plugged it in. I fee like I'm being penalized because they sent me a defective product. I've only communicated via email because no one ever answers the business phone number.

            I ordered an expensive hair product for my daughter and my order got lost in the mail 3 weeks ago. I asked Sutra Beauty multiple times to file a claim with the USPS and they either never got back to me or the fob me off when they did respond. They never offered to send out a replacement or refund my money. At this point I've had to escalate it with my bank because I still don't have my order and they refuse to help. I don't know why Sutra Beauty bothers having a phone number because they never answer and good luck getting a helpful response from the email.
