We recently got our house remodeled through this company and it was an awful experience. In the beginning the contractor told us that they had a warehouses full of material that we can choose from. Turns out their "warehouse" is Home Depot. Several times my wife and I came home to our house not being secured, doors left wide open and huge holes leading to the outside not being covered up leaving us to have to call the contractor to come back and cover them or having to do it ourselves. When we brought our concerns up to the contractor he stated that "it's a construction site" as if this was a logical excuse. Deadlines were never met, scheduling was a disaster. The contractor even dismissed one of our plans and installed a cabinet that we were very clear that we did not want. When we told him that we still did not want it he then had the person who installed that cabinet explain it to my wife in Spanish as if that would change our minds. We still had to pay for that cabinet even though we did not okay it in the first place. The crew removed our insulation without telling us until it was done then wanted to charge us an extra 8 grand to have it put back. The contractors crew drank on the job and tried to hide it in our newly installed cabinets and also would break off to smoke weed across the street. When this was brought up to the contractor his excuse was that "it was soda that was only 5% alcohol" (it was a Mikes Hard lemonade). We were reminded that he (the contractor) could be at another site making more money instead of listening to our concerns. Due to his crews lack of respect for our personal belongings we had to shell out a few hundred dollars to replace multiple things that were damaged or broken such as our television stand, a cat carrier and a huge dent in our dryer caused by his crew. Most of the crew was great with communicating with us despite issues they had to deal with like having their portable toilet taken away the last month of the job. If you value your time and money do not go with this company. Highly disrespectful and the work isn't all that great. It Has been a little over a month and having issues with electrical and flooring dipping due to not being able to handle the weight of our new television stand despite us paying for brand new sub flooring. There is more but it's so much to go through. Just know that this was a horrible experience for my wife and I. October 8th Quick update: After this last rain fall we found a leak coming from our recently completed vents from the AC. Turns out this crew did not seal around the vent causing a pretty significant leak.
