            I purchased a convertible rooftop online from Amazon through a 3 party seller Autoberry and paid over 400.00 for it..I purchased this rooftop in October of 2020 and it is now mildewing and deteriorating .I paid 400.00 to have this top installed on my car.I would like a full refund for this top because it's poor quality and it's not something I can have removed returned to seller . I don't have funds to purchase a replacement and for new one to be reinstalled.For those reasons I would like a full refund.

            I ordered a top from Autoberry through Amazon and paid $799 for it. The top was installed by a professional upholstery shop, however it has begun slipping and separating from the back window and passenger ****** despite not being used at all since Installation a few months after. I reached out to buyer, got told that "this hasn't happened before," which is a lie according to reviews. Then, they asked was it a DIY project" and I responded "no, i got it done at an upholstery shop" TWICE (responses two months apart just in case they didn't see it). I still have not received a resolution or response. I'm in college and cannot afford to replace this top again, so it's very disappointing that my $800+ the $1700 installation fee only stretched a few months before I was back at square one.
