So my girlfriend rented the car from this guy and she got put pulled into a $300 a week lease and the contract she signed isn't even a contract it had someone else's name on it. I wanted to buy the car at first until I saw what the engine looked like and I was like no the battery was corroded it looks like it was going to be more money to get back to normal than the money car was worth cuz it was a **** Scion XB. I gave this guy my information and you know so I was going to possibly buy that I can get a loan or buy a car from him and but they're finally for a loan because he needed my information and I'm at the courthouse in downtown ************ trying to get my paperwork a minute order and I got a call from my girlfriend telling me that this guy went to my mother's house and ask my mom where he can find my girlfriend and I was like what the h*** he went to my mom's house without telling me unannounced so I call him up and I tell him you know what you do that for and he just told me that he needed the money that that basically she owed him and basically use my information to find out where my mom lives so he can go he can go over there and you said it's for purposes to harass us. We don't have the money we didn't make enough money to pay him for the 300 a week and he kept telling us he was going to take the car or were they come and take it we don't really want it but we're just using it right now because we need it for work and basically he tells me one day when he goes to my mom's house today he went to my mom's house that he was going to call the cops on us ifwe didn't like we didn't pay him that's what he told my mother. My girlfriend got scared and she didn't want to bring it to him anymore. Long story short I brought him the car I brought it to his lot and I dropped it off and left.
