              We called and requested a very specific HVAC duct cleaning service. Rather than clarifying that they do not offer that service, the company sent a technician to our house and performed another completely unrelated service to our HVAC system. Nobody was home to even verify they came. The company then called and said they had performed the service (that we didn't request) and that we owed them $125. When I called the company to ask why this service was performed, all they could say was that they don't offer the original service we requested but we still owed the $125 for the completely unrelated service they claim they provided. They even acknowledge it was not what we requested but say we still owe them money. It feels close to a scam or at a minimum trying to take advantage of consumers. They also claim they have recordings of calls and said they would go back and listen to what was requested but when I called to follow up on what the individual I spoke to said they were unable to locate that phone recording!

              This company was referred to me by a friend. Hired them several times for many different appliance repairs. First couple times had no problems. But last few times I hired them it was clear their only intention was to falsify their invoices and only collect money. This company is highly unprofessional. The last time I hired them for a repair, they sent a technician the same day, didn't look like he worked directly for the company, showed up with a backpack and hardly any tools. Was unable to provide me any details as to what was exactly wring with my Wall Furnace except only to say its going to cost $300.00 and he continued to roll up the invoice place it in his pocket and said the office will reach out. What a scam. I hired another appliance repair company, who was very knowledgeable, professional and communicative throughout the entire process and professionally handled the repair for much cheaper. I don't recommend West Coast Chief Repair to anyone unless you want to just burn your money and get ripped off.
