  • Supporting entrepreneurs – Hosted four business development classes for Spanish-speaking entrepreneurs in partnership with the California Hispanic Chambers of Commerce and SBDC.

  • Expanding outreach – BBB increased the number of outreach events we attended by over 30%, earning us more opportunities to promote BBB services and Accredited Businesses.

  • Enhanced awareness campaign – The Sign of a Better Business campaign generated another 9 million impressions, promoting Accredited Businesses and encouraging consumers to find a better business on BBB.org.

  • Media engagement – Achieved over 15,000 media mentions and 143 interviews to increase awareness of BBB’s services to the public.
