Acadiana BBB | Conference Room Rental

The BBB Serving Acadiana offers its BBB Business Conference Room for rent to organizations and to individuals (including employees) during regular BBB business hours (9:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m.). The room can be used for classes and meetings. No direct sales can take place in the room and no contracts can be signed. Room capacity varies but is most comfortable for groups that do not exceed 18. Business must be in good standing with BBB (rating must be B or higher).

The room includes:

Large conference table that can be divided into 4 separate tables.
Conference table seats 12 plus additional seating for 18.
Large white wall perfect for projector use.
Podium
Projector
Separate entrance into meeting space.
