Explain how you have transformed as a business owner, and how that has impacted your business. Because leaders are constantly aiming to grow and improve (excel), share ways that you are planning to progress in the future. 

 

How do you articulate that you value your treasured employees and team? What sort of goals do your teams have, and how do they work together to create a supportive and honest atmosphere, while being purposeful and transparent?

 

How have you given back and shown support to your community? Whether it’s working with after school programs or donating to a charity, what ways have you contributed to your community with your time and effort- or reinvested within your industry?
