She Means Business is a yearlong leadership and entrepreneurship community for women who are ready to grow with intention—and alongside others who take that commitment seriously. 

In 2026, up to 125 women entrepreneurs and leaders will come together for high-impact learning, meaningful connection, and real momentum. This is not drop-in networking. It’s a curated, yearlong experience designed to support your growth quarter after quarter.

October 15 | Coffee & Connections: Building the Plane While Flying

A candid look at leadership in motion. This half-day experience brings women together to talk about growth, reinvention, and navigating change while continuing to move forward.

• Access to all 2026 She Means Business gatherings, including the Q1 conference and quarterly Coffee & Connections events

On Thursday, July 16, She Means Business presents Money Mindset Mastery powered by Frost Bank -- an afternoon that changes that. Hear from Jan Ryan (3Hills Group, UT Austin) and Gay Gaddis (founder of T3, author of Cowgirl Power), two women who have built and sold companies. Sit at Ask Me Anything roundtables with subject matter experts who do this work every day.

Learn from a panel of women who manage capital, credit, and investment for a living. Then stay for a lively networking happy hour to connect with Central Texas women in business. You will leave thinking differently about your pricing, your worth, and your future.

Integrated throughout the She Means Business experience through workshops, conference breakouts, office hours, and year-round learning sessions, Ignite Essentials provides members with ongoing access to high-quality business education alongside community and mentorship.

How is the U.S. Small Business Administration involved?

She Means Business periodically hosts informational sessions and office hours with the U.S. Small Business Administration to help members better understand available programs, tools, and guidance for small businesses.

She Means Business builds meaningful connections through year-round learning, mentorship, and engagement. Members connect in a private online community, through monthly mentorship and learning sessions, and during in-person workshops, events, and co-working at Ignite sparked by BBB, creating relationships that go beyond traditional networking.
