Participants learn in community through a focused series of sessions covering strategic partnerships, licensing and bonding readiness, hiring and workforce management, and financial fundamentals. Along the way, participants build relationships with peers, prime firms, public agencies, and expert instructors who understand what it takes to win and perform on major projects.
Choose one schedule and move through the program together while building the capabilities—and connections—needed to compete for larger contracts.

Participation Details
Participants can pick their schedule and attend one session per month for four months, building connections with peers, subject matter expert panelists, faculty members, and mentors.

Cost
$125 per person. BBB Accredited Business discount rate is $100 per person. Fee includes four sessions, lunch, and materials.
