Blueprint is a cohort-based readiness program that prepares trades-based small businesses to compete and perform on public and large-scale infrastructure projects. In 2026, it will be offered in two flexible cohorts that deliver a structured, real-world path to full contracting readiness.
A readiness pathway for businesses ready to compete, perform, and scale.
This cohort-based program is designed to prepare trades-based small businesses to successfully pursue and perform on public and large-scale infrastructure projects. This is not theory. Blueprint is built around how contracts are actually awarded—and what it truly takes to be ready.
In 2026, Blueprint will be offered in two cohorts, giving busy business owners flexibility without sacrificing the depth, continuity, and relationship-building that make the program effective. Participants select one cohort and move through a structured series of integrated learning experiences that strengthen readiness across the full contracting lifecycle.
