Blueprint is a readiness pathway for trades-based businesses preparing to compete, perform, and scale in public and large-scale infrastructure markets. The program equips small businesses with the tools, knowledge, and relationships needed to pursue larger contracting opportunities with confidence.
Participants engage in focused sessions covering strategic partnerships, licensing and bonding readiness, hiring and workforce management, and financial fundamentals. Along the way, they build meaningful connections with peers, prime contractors, public agencies, and industry experts who understand what it takes to win—and successfully deliver—major projects.
Delivered virtually, Blueprint is designed to support trades-based businesses across Texas, meeting participants where they are and helping them grow from their current stage of business. Spanish closed captioning will be available for all sessions.
Participants who complete the program will also be entered for a chance to win a $500 travel voucher courtesy of Delta Air Lines.
Participants attend one session per month for four months, building connections with peers, subject matter expert panelists, faculty members, and mentors.
The program meets virtually once per month for four months on Thursdays from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Tickets are $40 per person. BBB Accredited Businesses receive a discounted rate at $25 per person. Fee includes four sessions materials.
