Blueprint

Blueprint is a group-based readiness program that prepares trades-based small businesses to compete and perform on public and large-scale infrastructure projects. In 2026, it will be offered in two flexible schedules that deliver a structured, real-world path to full contracting readiness.

A readiness pathway for businesses ready to compete, perform, and scale.

A readiness pathway for trades-based businesses ready to compete, perform, and scale. Blueprint prepares trades-based small businesses to pursue public and large-scale infrastructure opportunities.

Participants learn in community through focused sessions covering strategic partnerships, licensing and bonding readiness, hiring and workforce management, and financial fundamentals. Along the way, participants build relationships with peers, prime firms, public agencies, and expert instructors who understand what it takes to win and perform on major projects.

Move through the program together while building the capabilities—and connections—needed to compete for larger contracts.
