Meet our 2025 BBB Students of Integrity Scholarship judges

Mark Bradford

Mark is a board member of the Greenfield Chamber of Commerce, has been a DECA judge, and has worked with the Arndt Family scholarship foundation in Madison helping students pursue their studies. Having run his own technology consulting firm for over two decades, Mark launched a podcast featuring interviews and 10-minute episodes on topics such as time management, learning methods, and neurodiversity. An author of over 10 books, Mark speaks to and coaches individuals and teams, helping them achieve their goals and gain self-understanding using proprietary tools like a goal-tracking coaching system and behavioral mapping software.

Brandon Fowler

Brandon Fowler, originally from Chicago, is the owner of 0Doubts Academy, a Milwaukee-based player-development facility built to elevate athletes both on and off the field. A former professional baseball player who competed in Puerto Rico, Brandon combines advanced hitting instruction with mentorship to create a space where athletes can grow in confidence, discipline, and character.    Known for his ability to teach with clarity and speak life into his players, Brandon has built 0Doubts Academy into a trusted home for development, leadership, and personal growth.

Tammy Rozek

Tammy Rozek is a Commercial Property Director with Gebhardt Development. Tammy has over 25 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate and community engagement.  As an accomplished and driven leader, she has demonstrated a history of fostering strong relationships, effectively managing financial resources, making critical decisions in challenging situations, coaching individuals to achieve success, and attracting and retaining top talent. She possesses a diverse range of skills in negotiation, conflict resolution, problem solving and organization that have contributed to her success in leadership roles. 

Tammy has a passion for volunteering and making a difference in her community and is actively involved with Madison Reading Project, Logan's Heart and Smiles, Wisconsin Women's Network, American Red Cross, DECA and United Way of Dane County.

Karolyn Taylor

Karolyn Taylor is a School Counselor Supervisor for Milwaukee Public Schools and a licensed professional counselor who helps students and families navigate academics, mental health, and postsecondary planning. She is also the owner and clinical director of the Attention and Learning Center, where she provides therapy and supervision for professional counselors in training. Karolyn is committed to expanding access, strengthening community partnerships, and helping young people move toward their goals with confidence.
