The business must operate within the BBB Serving Southeast Florida & the Caribbean 11 county region, which includes: Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade, Monroe, Indian River, St. Lucie, Martin, Okeechobee, Highlands, Glades. and Hendry county, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands. Accreditation is not required.
