We are excited to welcome this year's honoree is Rich Monzingo! Rich is President of the Chattanooga Lookouts and is celebrating his 32nd year in professional baseball. After beginning his career with the Texas Rangers organization in 1993, Rich built a distinguished career in Minor League Baseball, holding leadership roles with the Chattanooga Lookouts, Capital City Bombers, Greenville Drive, and Lakewood BlueClaws before returning to Chattanooga in 2011 to lead the Lookouts. A graduate of James Madison University with a degree in marketing, Rich is a respected community leader who lives in Chattanooga with his wife, Tracy, and their two sons, Lucas and Alex.
