BBB Event and Meeting Space

The Better Business Bureau® has two great offices. Right now spce is available for rent at our Grand Rapids location. Are you looking for a place to hold a conference, off-site meeting or an after work social? We can help! 

Reserve a Space at BBB

We offer three different spaces for a variety of needs. Our office building is located at 3330 Claystone SE, close to the Woodland Mall and Calvin University. Our facility features ample parking, a large kitchenette, 4 restrooms and flexible spaces with plenty of seating. As a nonprofit organization, we rely on the support of businesses and the community to serve our 38 county service area. After a free first use, a suggested donation to the BBB Educational Foundation is recommended.

Event at BBB Serving Western Michigan

Event Space

This area is a large open area in the front of our building. Furniture can be moved or rearranged as needed. Included with this space is a large whiteboard and projector for any planning or presentation needs. This is a great space for social events or after-work meetups. Use of the kitchenette, bathroom facilities and guest internet are included with space reservation.

Capacity of this space is 50 for standing events and 35 for seated events.

Phil Catlett Board Room

This large conference room is great for board meetings or workshops. Included is a large TV and rolling whiteboard for any presentation needs. Dedicated sound stations are available for teleconferencing, if required. Use of kitchenette, bathroom facilities and guest internet are included with room reservation.

Capacity of this space is 15 seated.

Small Conference Room

This area works well for smaller work meetings. A rolling monitor and whiteboard are available for presentations. Dedicated sound stations are available for teleconferencing, if required. Use of kitchenette, bathroom facilities and guest internet are included with room reservation.

Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. - $15/hr
Monday - Friday before 8 a.m. and after 4:30 p.m. - $25/hr


BBB Accredited Charities:
Monday - Friday 8 a.m - 4:30 p.m - $10/hr
Monday - Friday before 8 a.m. and after 4:30 p.m. - $20/hr


BBB Non Accredited Businesses and Charities:
Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. - $30/hr
Monday - Friday before 8 a.m. and after 4:30 p.m. - $50/hr


Suggested donation rates for weekends available upon request.
