Position overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Foundry Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is critical in maintaining the operational efficiency and safety of our aluminum foundry equipment and facility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in industrial maintenance and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and repair foundry equipment and systems.

• Troubleshoot and service electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

• Perform basic welding and fabrication tasks as needed.

• Collaborate with management to ensure all maintenance activities meet OSHA and company safety standards.

• Support facility upkeep and continuous production optimization.

Qualifications

Required:

• Experience with foundry or industrial manufacturing systems.

• Basic knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

• Welding experience (basic level).

• Ability to work collaboratively and follow safety protocols.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in a maintenance lead or supervisory role.

• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and preventive maintenance planning.
